Welcome to the 2008 Conclave Registration System!

Complete the following steps to Register for Conclave ONLINE:

  1. Create an EagleNet Account if you have not already.

  2. Login to EagleNet (on the right) and select the Conclave Registration link on your dashboard

  3. Complete the Registration form and mail your conclave fee to your local council office at the address provided once you submit your registration.

  4. Complete a Class 1 Medical Form.

  5. Watch your E-mail Inbox for confirmation e-mails and other notifications.

To register using a Paper Form :

  1. Download the official Conclave Registration Form.

  2. Complete the Registration form and mail your conclave fee to your local council office.

  3. Complete a Class 1 Medical Form.
